Maybe you could have added a tree that was a bit thicker?
The leaves look very nice and look like they were light up by the sunlight, which adds a very nice affect.
The sunlight on Chespin also looks amazing, and the shading is perfect! I'm not totally sure about the mouth on Chespin, but it definitely shows that Chespin is working hard!
Overall, it looks great! I recommend you keep trying this method, because you'll just get better and better!
